We want you to have the most amazing gaming experience possible!
The only way to ensure this, is to follow some really simple rules and best practices when it comes to your internet connection. Especially when you are using a mobile device and you are moving about. Only play when you have a stable internet connection. Moving around in tunnels, elevators, under bridges, in basements and cellars etc. will cause you to lose the internet intermittently. Some locations also have unsuitable internet connections. Always be aware that any connectivity issues are your responsibility as a player and that Full Color® Games can not be responsible for those. A vast majority of game malfunctions are due to the user playing the game with unstable internet connections, losing internet connections intermittently, opening other browsers during game play and other user errors. Any connection issues caused in that way will cause game malfunctions. Any Game malfunctions voids all game play and is the users mistake. You and you alone are responsible for employing them and making sure that your connection is stable and you follow all connectivity rules. As a result, there are no exceptions to the following:
The following are a list of things not to do while playing in any live game:
- Do NOT leave the game while playing
- Do NOT play 21 or Nothing® with an unstable internet connection
- Do NOT open up a new tab in the same browser window
- Do NOT put the game in the background
- Do NOT ignore the game timers
- Do NOT play the games in an elevator
- Do NOT play the games in a parking structure
- Do NOT play in basements or cellars
- Do NOT play in remote locations with bad internet connections
- Do NOT play the games underground or underwater
- Do NOT play the games on a cellular connection while traveling
Live games require the full speed, connection and attention of the device you are playing in order to connect with the servers and all the other players at the table in real time.
Any bad connection, disconnection or diversion from the game is likely to cause your game malfunction whereby your game buttons may not appear, your game turn may time out or the cards may not appear in the game causing you to potentially lose your bet.
Our remote gaming server logs all of your game activity, specifically if your game goes to the background, you leave the browser, when you return to the game and more. If you lose your bet and an audit of the system proves that you left the game and you lose your wager for any of the reasons above, you will not be able to claim any refunds or credits to your account as a result of any malfunction caused by user error by failing to comply with the warnings herein.
