Full Color® Cards
An Original Deck consists of 125 Full Color® Cards of 4 Color Suits & 1 White Suit each with 25 cards per suit to create 5 different card sets for you to choose from below in every game of FreeCell.
Each “Card Set” defines the total number of ranks in each suit and therefore:
- Full Color® Klondike • Draw 1 • 13 • Levels 1 & 2 uses a 13 Card Set with 13 cards per suit • 65 cards to sort
- Full Color® Klondike • Draw 1 • 16 • Levels 3 & 4 uses a 16 Card Set with 16 cards per suit • 80 cards to sort
- Full Color® Klondike • Draw 1 • 19 • Levels 5 & 6 uses a 19 Card Set with 19 cards per suit • 95 cards to sort
- Full Color® Klondike • Draw 1 • 22 • Levels 7 & 8 uses a 22 Card Set with 22 cards per suit • 110 cards to sort
- Full Color® Klondike • Draw 1 • 25 • Levels 9 & 10 uses a 25 Card Set with 25 cards per suit • 125 cards to sort
Each Card Set consists of a Level with “Undo” and a second Level with “No Undo”.
It doesn’t take long to realize that each increase in a card set is proportionately more challenging to play and win. Some games can be won in under 2 minutes while others can take well over an hour to solve depending on your degree of experience and mastery of play.

GAME RULES
How to Play!
- The objective is to move all the card to th Foundation piles.
- The Any White Card™ foundation pile means, any time you a White Card™ comes up you can instantly move it to the Any White Card™ foundation. White Card is like a bonus card. It allows you to unlock cards faster, clear tableaus faster, win more points and solve the game easier!
- The other four piles are the Color Card™ Foundation piles. Each Color Card£ Foundation pile must be built up in ascending order (Color Suit of 1 to it's highest number number in the card set you have chose, be it the 13, 16, 19, 22 or 25 card) and it must be of the same color suit.
Moving cards
- Tableau: Cards can be moved between columns in descending order and alternating colors (e.g., a blue 5 on a green 6). The trick is that you can put any Color Card™ on any OTHER color card. You just can't put the same Color Card™ on the SAME Color Card™
- All Color Card™ Foundations start with the number 1 and are built up in same Color®
Card Suit you started with in ascending order (1, 2, 3, to the last card in the card set. - Use Gestures and Touch / Tap Preferences to Undo, Redo and Automove cards to obtain the highest scores, shortest time and fewest possible moves.
Drawing Cards
- Stockpile (Draw 1): When you need more cards, click the Stockpile to flip one card at a time to the Waste Pile.
- Waste Pile: The top card of the Waste Pile is available to be played on the Tableau or Foundation piles.
- Empty Columns: If you clear a tableau column, only a the highest number in the card set you have chosen to play with can be moved into that empty space, either alone or as part of a correctly sequenced stack starting with a the highest numbered card in that card set. Each Game shows the highest number to remind you what card set you are on.
Winning
- You win when all of the cards are moved to the four Color Card™ and White Card™ foundation piles, each sorted by suit in ascending order (from 1 to the highest number on the card set.

A player’s final score is based on these three factors that are common across all card sets and all levels!

NUMBER OF MOVES
One of the keys to obtaining the highest possible scores in a game is the efficiency in which you play the game. This efficiency is revealed in the number of moves that it takes you to complete a game. You can actually solve a game faster than someone else but end up with a lower score because you made too many moves in the end as you are penalized for each and every move you make and worse, the types of moves you make.
If you can move a card from a tableau to a tableau to free up and move another card or stack of cards below it, you will only have points deducted for a single move. If you move a card to a open cell and back or to a tableau or discard pile and back you will have points deducted for each move you make. Be careful how fast you move your cards as time is important, but inefficient moves reduce your final score quickly.
SPEED OF PLAY
A player is penalized -5 points per second from the beginning of the play until they either Win or Surrender the game which locks in their final score. The more time you sit and think about what card or stacks or cards to move, the more points you lose in all games that are in Competition Mode. Naturally, the faster you can play the game, the higher your score is going to be at the end because you didn’t lose any points due to any wasted time. In summary, speed is paramount in obtaining high scores but precision moves are too!
BONUS FOR WINNING
If you should succeed in winning a game you will be awarded a sizable bonus based on the Level of play you are on. The higher the card set and complexity to win, the higher the bonus!
