THE IP HISTORY OF FULL COLOR® GAMES

The USPTO & WIPO Wall Chart.

An exhibit in the lawsuit, a wall chart that looks like it came straight out of a crime scene in a television episode of The Wire.  There is probably no other man on earth other than Thomas A. Edison who knows the incalculable damage, irreparable harm and endless pain of what it is like to be in one lawsuit after another related to their life's work in intellectual property and business.  Edison's concluded that, "A lawsuit is the suicide of time."  No truer words have been said.  The truth is stranger than fiction, but a man has to have a code.

These truths are published because it is infinitely asked, "if it only took 15 minutes to invent Full Color® Solitaire, why did it take 15 years to get it to the marketplace?"   Machiavelli answers that question here in this link.

The full files of the above screenshots are available for download in the links below including the full original complaint.
