This is the landmark ruling from the Nevada Supreme Court affirming that the fraud by an attorney cannot be imputed upon their client. This forced the Nevada District Court Case A-18-779686-C back Defendants back to court. The Defendants eventually settled the case with Mahon, et. al. See the Court Settlement docs.
