We have been asked, time and time again, "If Full Color® Solitaire was invented in 15 minutes, on July 26, 2010, why did it take years to release it the first time in November 12, 2012?"

followed by:

"If it had millions and millions of game plays within just the first months and gameplay by people in all 161 countries around the world it was available on, then why was it taken off the app store?"

followed by:

"It's been 16 years since inception, what took you so long to release it again?"

followed by:

"This just doesn't make sense.  What are we missing here?"

You are right. We agree. None of it make any sense ...until it does.

What it does do is compel you to seek the answer to questions that "don't add up", when in fact they actually do, but only when you take the time to know the whole  story.  We have been told by so many people that they believe the games and what has been created here is an absolute masterpiece in the evolution of card gaming and they have begged us to release the whole story.   That is what these sections are about.  They are an attempt to, absent a Hollywood movie, fill in the missing details to the story.

The problem with the story is, that there isn't just one story. It's hundreds of stories, and stories within the stories that have created the 16 year journey... and it's not even close to being done because the inventions in the Full Color® Gaming System will easily outlive its inventor.

The Full Color® Games story mirrors many other greatest stories, themes and lessons told inside of a litany of great movies that have long preceded it.  It seems that anything that disrupts some existing long standing world order has a a long story to it.

“It ought to be remembered that there is nothing more difficult to take in hand, more perilous to conduct, or more uncertain in its success, than to take the lead in the introduction of a new order of things. Because the innovator has for enemies all those who have done well under the old conditions, and lukewarm defenders in those who may do well under the new. This coolness arises partly from fear of the opponents, who have the laws on their side, and partly from the incredulity of men, who do not readily believe in new things until they have had a long experience of them.” ― Niccolò Machiavelli, The Prince

Be it the invention of a match to start a fire, which disrupted the world on an unprecedented magnitude, which was disrupted by big the light bulb on an even grander scale, every evolution has a story and creating a new world order is precisely as difficult as Machiavelli stated over 500 years ago.

The events that have happened in David Mahon's life are no different than anyone else's.  When you dare  to dream, you are going to be forced to be wide awake while you do it, because there isn't any successful  dream that doesn't come along with the tragedies of nightmares on the other side of it coin, because there is no such thing as a one-sided way of life, anymore than there is any such thing as a one-sided coin.  You cannot have one with out the other. That is just the simple duopoly and cosmic order of life itself.  You cannot have one without the other.  When it comes to people, experiencing freedom and happiness never seems to come without being held captive and tortured along the way when you disrupt the world, even  in entertainment.  Ask Elvis Presley.  He was tortured to his death if you believe in Laz Burhman's version of of his story like we do.

That Elvis' story a sad but true insight to what happens to people when they end up doing business with the wrong people and how, you either end up killing yourself or being killed in one lawsuit suit after another by those that try to extort you until your end of days.  One's blessings can  often become their curses.

To tell you what happened  in Full Color® Games as it relates to an invention, it was best told in a movie called Flash of Genius which has some uncanny a real life parallel stories in human behavior for David Mahon and Full Color® Games with how intellectual property can be turned against you and cause you to lose everyone and everything in your life when it happens. That movie documents 30 years of a man's life, from 1963, when Robert Kearns  invented the intermittent windshield wiper all the way to the United States Supreme Court ruling in 1992.  It is not an overstatement to say thirty years of his life was robbed from him.  There is no other way to put it.  The autonomy of time was stolen from him and his only way to cope with it was to fight for his morality of reason.  Was it a good decision or a bad one?  To each their own, but what cannot be ignore is the truth of it all for anyone that is traumatized, no matter what the source of the trauma is. It is real and the victim really have to deal with it.

When someone interferes with, injures or steals your life's work, and you become traumatized by it, your life's purpose changes, not by choice, but by circumstance.  Depending on your pain from the experience, your substance and depth of character, you may be forced to deal with it and it will change your original path, while you deal with it.

You will, depending on how deep your beliefs and convictions are, lose yourself, in the process of finding yourself.  You end up with a different Story as told so flawlessly by Robert McKee and your true character becomes fully defined.

Then, the truth becomes stranger when fiction and life imitates art, as your art imitates your life.  It is a lesson taught to us all as children that we spend the rest of our lives trying to understand as we live it out in reality in search of the truth.

It has been argued that there is no greater (or controversial) story about truth, than one from the Star Wars trilogies.  It is found in Return of the Jedi

full_color_solitaire_separator_black_top_1200x10.png

full_color_solitaire_separator_black_bottom_1200x10.png

Luke: "Why didn't you tell me? You told me Vader betrayed and murdered my father."

Obi-Wan: "Your father... he was seduced by the dark side of the Force. He ceased to be Anakin Skywalker and became Darth Vader. When that happened, the good man who was your father was destroyed. So what I told you was true... from a certain point of view."

Luke: "A certain point of view?"

Obi-Wan: "Luke, you're going to find that many of the truths we cling to depend greatly on our own point of view."

We can find no truer words that have been spoken on the subject as far as we are concerned because even when you are dealing with your own life on one hand, and life with other people in it on the other, perception becomes your reality and even a misperception is, your perception.

Why did the attorney hired and paid to obtain the Full Color® Patents, willingly abandon it, conceal it and then lie about it after he did if he had a 5% net profit assigned to him for life when it was achieved? That makes no sense, until you find out why.   Why did the law firm whose name and billing invoices he worked for  deny that they were Mahon's law firm?   From each of their perspectives it was true, despite the fact all of it is a blasphemous set of lies... simply to avoid liability, jointly and severally.  Why did Ford steal Kearns' intermittent wiper patent technology and take it to the marketplace without him?  Because they could and he was powerless to stop it in financial and legal resources.  Did he prevail? Absolutely? What did it cost him? Everything.  What has it cost Mahon?  Everything just the same.

When all was said and done, Howard & Howard, PLLC, sued their own employee for liability, after denying to their own liability.   The hypocrisy is endless. It's another story of lies within lies playing out through deception in yet another movie called Inception.

The truth in life is not stranger than fiction in real  life.  It is fiction however, to not believe that the unbelievable can be believed when you are dealing with forces of darkness that feel exponentially bigger than you as timelessly said in the original Star Wars.  Reality is a perception is what we make of it and  that came full circle, in  the climax of the first movie with the iconic phrase of, "Use the Force Luke".

That metaphor, is far deeper than one can understand or imagine as a child.  It takes a lifetime of living to understand it, even as an adult as we are constantly fighting forces of good and evil as we go from day to night and night to day, from the light to the dark and back to the light.  George Lucas was far ahead of his time at age 28 when he first started writing Star Wars and introduced us to it in the battles between Luke Skywalker and Darth Vader in fantasy that mirrored his experiences in reality, written to a universal stage.

When someone says "trust me", in the echoes of "Luke, I am your Father. Come to the Dark Side", they are masters of engaging in a human behavior that relies on "cognitive dissonance" as a method that tries to get you to abandon all that you have spent your entire lifetime learning through experience to be true.  But everyone knows that light removes all of the shadows of the darkness hidden in doubt and, "come to the dark side" is not just an invitation to sacrifice your own morality of reason, it is an energy vortex that operates like a black hole, and if you can, ask yourself, "Is it true? Are you really my father?" before you vanish inside of it.

You are forced to question yourself, in order to save yourself. You begin to doubt yourself and find yourself in the darkest of all places found here:

"...though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; Thy rod and thy staff they comfort me." - Psalm 23:4

Cognitive dissonance is so powerful, so dark, so evil, that it cause you to question your own existence,  your sense of self, your own morality of reason. You are compelled to believe all that cannot be believed, and worse, to accept it, and that is when the opposing forces take hold and the life as you knew it before it happened,  completely disappears.  That process, can take you away for years and years and years until you can escape and recover from it, if ever at all.

It is uncanny how the people that are the closets to us, hurt us the most.  The lie depends on the truth, like a parasite relies on its host to survive, and in some cases, the host dies if it removes the parasite once it's attached  meaning there is no way out of The Firm.  How can the people we are supposed to be able to trust and protect us, be the one's we can't trust and hurt us the most?

"Use the force" is a metaphor of all metaphors when you truly tear it apart and examine it. You must pick a side.  Good or evil.  Yin or Yang.  Lightness or darkness.

Those that prevail, that overcome the darkness believe that, "where the truth exists, a contradiction cannot". Only the light of truth can remove the darkness of all that is not.  When we deny that existence exists, allow others to get us to lie to ourselves and deny our grandest highest truths, that is when we fail and bad actors rely on that behavior to defeat us.

There is no greater book that we know of than Ayn Rand's Atlas Shrugged, where in its main passage her main character tell us how to stop the the insanity. It is so powerful, we feel we must share it with you in pertinent part because it relates to this lawsuit, to Full Color® Games, to Mahon and to any child who is being taught the value of the truth as a core fundamental of everything in life they are being taught:

"“No matter how vast your knowledge or how modest, it is your own mind that has to acquire it. It is only with your own knowledge that you can deal. It is only your own knowledge that you can claim to possess or ask others to consider. Your mind is your only judge of truth—and if others dissent from your verdict, reality is the court of final appeal. Nothing but a man’s mind can perform that complex, delicate, crucial process of identification which is thinking. Nothing can direct the process but his own judgment. Nothing can direct his judgment but his moral integrity.” -Atlas Shrugged

When you are in a  lawsuit, when you are being attacked, when you are being lied to, and told that a A≠A because A=X or worse, A=1 and a J=10 here but no wait, it equals 11 over there, there is one way to  stop it. It's called applied truth.  It teach you that all you  have to do is use your moral integrity to resolve any problem and it all begins by using the most powerful word  in the world. "No."

I said, "No."  When you say "no" to anyone, it automatically, without fail, begins to reveal someone's true character as McKee so brilliant explains in Story.

Because "No" really means "Know".  "No means know."  Character is either developed or revealed when you tell someone "no", because at "no", everything stops.  Literally. "No, I will not believe that."  "No, I will not do that." "No, it is not  true".  "No, you can't have it".  The bridge between "No to Yes" requires you to simply remove all the contradictions.   If you can't, then there is no truth to be found.

In all the books from Atlas Shrugged to Story or movies like Star Wars, it's a war of the worlds at every turn.  The man of the mind knows that every battle is won before it is fought.  The real battle is in your mind and it isn't fought with weapons on a battlefield.

In real life, the battle is fought on paper, in a courtroom where the pen is mightier than the sword and the light saber you use to fight with in that civilized society, is an ink pen.  The ironic dichotomy is the fact that all battles end result with the same result, because no  war makes any sense and  ultimately everyone  that battles in a war ends with a Pyrrhic Victory, taking you back to Edison's quote where "Lawsuits are the suicide of time".

Even when your pocketbook is as big as your principles, when you sue someone as you are forced to protect, recover or restore your name, your reputation, your life... you end up losing the only thing you can't recover in a verdict, and that is your time while the bad actors use that against you, trying to get you to go away, run you out of money or driving you insane in prayers that you will become self-defeated and give up.  These are the esoteric truths of why it's taken 16 years for Full Color® Solitaire to get to the marketplace when it should have been there in 16 minutes, one minute after it was invented.

We share these true stories with you so you can know that you're not alone. We share Full Color® Solitaire, Full Color® Cards and Full Color® Games with you for free if you are a child, because we want to teach you the basics of life as soon as you possibly can learn them.  A traditional deck of card is a horrible and defective product.  It works.  But only if  you're willing to lie to yourself  first.   It does not work without context-switching which is just another form of cognitive dissonance from our point of view.  It forces you to believe that A≠A.  Ayn Rand, if not your entire existence in life on your own, in Atlas Shrugged has proven beyond the shadow of any doubt that A=A and you are not to give up that immutable truth in anything you do in life.  Whether it's a marriage, a business relationship, a sales contract or a simple game of cards.  1=1.  Nothing equals anything other than itself.   0=0 as much as ∞=∞.  Don't let anyone ever allow you to believe anything differently.

You can get actually get a free copy of Ayn Rand's masterpiece in the book of Atlas Shrugged if you are a student here at this link.  We do the same thing.  We give Full Color® Solitaire away for free to any school with our School Kit, because we are advocates of truth, no matter what the cost if it allows  us  to help children  grow up with the truth and discovery that objectivity is a foundation to everything good in life.  We want to make sure you are strong when others try to make you weak.  To never give up on yourself and your own mind.  To "use the force".  Literally. Because the  truth is the most powerful element on earth.  The power of intelligence is immeasurable and incalculable.  Be wise. Be strong. Be incredible!

With that being said, to finish this article, here is one particular lawsuit,  one of countless case filings by David Mahon in his quest for the truth prevailing in all  things.  For all the people that have lived before him and created the legal system and given him rights, he has carried his own torch, given back in own small little way in fighting the bad actors on his own in all the lawsuits he has been in that have robbed him of his own life in the name of the truth.  Incalculable sums of money and centuries of time have been spent by mankind, to create a system of honor, integrity and justice.  It is called the legal system and a chancery court.  It is not perfect, and it never has been but we are are in the constant pursuit of a more perfect union and we hope you will join us.

Mahon's life, as are all those before him, is living proof that you never take "no" for an answer. Always respond with "know" and if that path forces you into a Supreme Court, you must trust in it, trust that they will rule on the truth, and you, if you are possessed with the nothing but the truth, your chances are that you will prevail, even if it doesn't happen right away. "Know" that someone else will pick up where you left off and that is what keeps you moving forward, even in your darkest hours.  From the Code of Hammurabi to the Magna Carta to the U.S. Constitution, together we can pursue a more perfect union

In David Mahon's case, it took 16 years to get one element of his intellectual property in Full Color® Solitaire to come back to life, to settle lawsuits, restart operations, hire and train new people and work to back to it back marketplace while suffering the  as a result of millions of dollars and tens of thousands of hours wasted on litigation. It is taking even longer on other elements.

Inspiration is in the truth and the truth is in the analytics. It is astonishing how much people are obsessed with Full Color® Solitaire once they discover it.  Seeing is believing, and all you have to do is look at the original Game Center leaderboards that still exist to this day on Apple's iOS Game Center website and see that it is true, they have some mind boggling data in  it and you cannot argue with Apple's data validating the love of the games.  At the top of the leaderboards is someone we  believe is from Australia who goes by the name of Ancient_Booer.  They had earned over 160,000,000 points on Apple's Game Center before it could no longer be played anymore. That's over 64,000 minutes of game play or 1,066 hours of game play for ONE game, the hardest one of them all, Spider 4 Suit  • 25  card  set in just a few years of game play.  And he was not alone.

Others had over 100,000,000 points and even more time spent.  There were downloads in all 161 countries in Apple's app store without a single press release.  The app has been off the app store for over ten years, but it's coming back.

In the Full Color® Solitaire lawsuit, the Defendants eventually settled the case with Mahon, et. al. See the Court Settlement docs below.  The sad  part is that  the Defendants have already violated this agreement and are now being sued again.  The insanity just won't end.

There is much, much more to come in this article as time permits as as the real life story evolves, but the App will be released again in July 2026.  There is much, much more to come in this article as time permits as as the real life story evolves.  Stay tuned if you are so inclined!
