USER DATA AND ACCOUNT DELETION INSTRUCTIONS

Full Color Games, Inc. ("FCGI") provides users with methods to request deletion of an FCGI Account and applicable Personal Data.
ACCOUNT DELETION
Users may initiate deletion of an FCGI Account through the account-deletion functionality provided within Full Color® Solitaire.
Users may also submit applicable privacy or deletion requests to:

FACEBOOK LOGIN USERS
If you created or accessed your FCGI Account using Facebook, Apple Login or any other Single-Sign on (SSO) method, you may request deletion of your FCGI Account using the same procedures described above.
Deletion of an FCGI Account does not itself delete your independent Facebook or Apple account or information independently maintained by Meta.
Where applicable Meta, Apple or iCloud, platform requirements require FCGI to revoke, delete, disassociate, or otherwise terminate FCGI's access to applicable authentication credentials, tokens, permissions, or data in connection with deletion of your FCGI Account, FCGI will perform the applicable action as required.
VERIFICATION AND SECURITY
FCGI may take reasonable measures to verify your identity, verify your authority to make the request, confirm that deletion is intentional, and protect against unauthorized or fraudulent deletion.
INFORMATION THAT MAY BE RETAINED
Account deletion does not necessarily require deletion of every historical record associated with the Account.
Certain information may be retained, de-identified, anonymized, dissociated, or otherwise processed where permitted or required by applicable law, including historical gameplay, scores, achievements, leaderboard records, competition records, transaction records, security records, fraud-prevention records, legal records, and appropriately de-identified information.
Additional information concerning deletion, retention, children, students, schools, FERPA, COPPA, legal holds, Service Providers, backups, and other applicable circumstances is provided in the Full Color Games, Inc. Global Privacy Policy, including Sections 24, 25, 34, and 35.
