What are the Community Forums for?
The Help Center community consists of posts and comments organized by topic. Posts might include tips, feature requests, or questions. Comments include observations, clarifications, praise, or any other response that's part of a typical community discussion.
In the community, topics are top-level containers for posts.
You can use search or you can browse the topics and posts using views and filters. See Getting around the community.
Note that our Search engine is designed to only search in each Category.
Posts and information here in the Community Forums will not show up in the search of a game section that you navigate to in the Menu bar.
We created a few common topics as placeholders to help you get started. You can delete the topics and add your own. To learn how, see Managing community topics.
Each user in our community has a Help Center profile. When you sign up and create an account, you automatically become a member of the community here and can get to know others better.
Profiles contain relevant information about the community member, along with their activities and contributions.
You are free to ask all of your questions, or interact on our social media platforms where a much broader based of people are congregated to get much faster and more diverse answers.
All answers here by our Support Admin, Moderators or Content Managers are the official answers to things!
Most everything you are looking for can be found in the Articles we have created and organized by section and category!
You can always submit a ticket if you can't find what you're looking for!
